The cornerstone of any employment relationship is the terms that govern it.

Whether our clients are about to join a new employer, or have been asked to enter into new terms following a promotion or otherwise, it is important they understand what they are signing up to.
We are able to review the contract as a whole or specific terms of interest – including post termination restrictions, bonus provisions and mobility clauses – so that our clients are aware of their rights and obligations, and understand those of the employer.
We also advise on the lawfulness of a proposal to vary or introduce new contractual terms and clients’ options in such cases.
