James Temple Features in The Legal Technologist18 Mar 2021 // In the press
Seddons COO James Temple discusses the role of technology in the law with Jeremy Small in The Legal Technologist.
“Technology is at the heart of any law firm’s service delivery.” James Temple spoke with Jeremy Small at The Legal Technologist to discuss the important role of technology in the legal sector, and how it has changed since the pandemic.
James gives his view on the take up of technology in law firms, saying “I think that historically the legal profession has been some way behind other professional service sectors in their take up of technology. However, times are changing. I think it's fair to say that the legal sector has now taken note and is quickly catching up with, and in some cases overtaking, other sectors in their utilisation of technology.”
James adds, “The best advice I can give is to make sure you understand your business. Where are the bottlenecks, frustrations, and opportunities for change?”
